I was so relieved on 18th Aug night when the on-road service gents at Uppala centre gave me a great saving hand by reactivating the broken power supply to fan, wipers and power windows. We realised the issue only after nearing the NH66 highway when the rain struck us badly and wanted the windscreen wipers and a/c fan to work. My family & I were so scared to continue journey in the bad weather but we badly needed to reach Kannur that night from Ullal where we visited a family member. The car I travelled was my co-brother’s ESTILO wheras I personally use a DZIRE at Kottayam. I showed the issue to 2 electricians & a 3rd party workshop before reaching Uppala but none of them couldn’t identify the issue.
To summarise, as a user/customer of maruthi cars for couple of decades now, this 24hr service that you have programmed is EXEMPLARY and highly value-added. I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Uppala Popular centre technician & leads who demonstrated a great confidence in troubleshooting, his agility in quick decison making and finally fixing in a very short span with a sincere SMILE of SATISFACTION.

I took the delivery of the my Baleno Car on 07/07/2017 from Popular Nexa, Calicut. The vehicle was delivered in the name of Divisional Manager, United India insurance Co. Ltd., Tirur. I am fully satisfied with the performance of the Car. The 1st service was done with Popular, Edappal on 2nd week of the July 2017. I am very glad to inform you that the services given by your relationship Manager, Sri. Nkhil.R.Nair was superb. He used to inform me the status my booking and explained all features of the Car to me. He is a man who is always at reach and ready to help. During the delivery time he has handled all matters regarding the vehicular documents. Manager has also helped me a lot in various occasions. I am writing to this to let you know about high level of professional service provided by your sales team members – Kenson and Ram kumar.
I visited showrooms of Hyundai, Mahindra and Volkwagen in kochi before coming to NEXA showroom. I filled customer enquiry form and shared my contact details with all three but believe me none followed up with me. It surprised me considering my previous experience out of Kerala where four wheeler sales guys are very aggressive.
I walked into NEXA Palarivattom in the first week of April, 2017 to look out for alternatives to my choice for Mahindra Jeeps, Hyunda and Volkwagen sedan cars. Believe me, Maruti cars were not my first choice!.
On my first visit, I met Kenson and inquired about Baleno and Ciaz. After learning about waiting time, I zeroed in on Ciaz. I was specifically looking for Automatic version. Ciaz was not available in showroom for test drive but incidentally Kenson had his personal Ciaz. Without hesitation, Kenson offered his personal car for test drive in spite of the risks associated with it. What if I crashed his car?. I drove the car and although not as powerful as Hyundai Verna, I started liking it. I thanked Kenson for going out of way and offering his personal car for test drive. I really appreciate his gesture. Before leaving the showroom, I did Kenson know that I need to drive the Automatic version before taking the final decision.
Two weeks passed and one fine weekday, Kenson called me up and informed that Automatic version is available for test drive. Being weekday, I told him about my unavailability to come to show room for the test drive to which Kenson informed not to worry. Within an hour, he along with his colleague was waiting outside my office. I was surprised but also excited about the test drive. Kenson understands his customer well and he knew that I wont finalize my buy till I test drive the automatic version. I took the test drive and really liked the car. Again, I requested Kenson to let me see the color options for Ciaz currently available with NEXA Palarivattom. Here I met, Ram kumar, a team member of Kenson. Ram came across as an honest and hard working sales guy and similar to Kenson did not hesitate to go the extra mile. Ram took me to the godown to check out different colors and I with my family was able to finalize our color choice. I booked my Ciaz on 22nd April, 2017 with a 2 month waiting period.
Around third week of May, 2017, I got a call from Kenson about availability of a different color Ciaz and asked; if I am interested. He did inform me that the offer is on first cum first basis and hence I need to be quick in my decision. I discussed with my family and was able to go for the different color Ciaz . I was able to finish all the formalities soon and finally took the car delivery on 21-June-2017.
Overall my journey starting with first visit to Nexa showroom till the delivery of the car was hassle free. Kenson and Ram kumar left no stone unturned. They went over and above their normal duties in giving first class customer service. They understood my needs and during the whole of two months I interacted with them, I never found them pushy. They always ensured that I take my time in arriving at my decision but at same time ensured regular follow up.

Hi. My name is Mohamed Sharej. I am from Alappuzha. I sent this email to let you know of the wonderful experience that we had with the Popular Suzuki , Kinassery, Palakkad. They are the ones that helped us when we were stranded at Navakkarai, 5 to 6 kms from Walayar, at the wrong time of the night. Me and my family encountered an accident while on our way back from our trip to Bengaluru, on our Suzuki S-Cross (KL 38 E 7070). We ran into a huge gutter on an unfinished road at Navakkarai, at around 3 in the morning. By God’s grace no one was injured, but our car was rendered immobile. We contacted support and within a short time response was heard from Popular Suzuki, Palakkad. They sent a team to check on the matter at the immediate hour. Provided the needful on getting the vehicle to their service station. They facilitated the paper works to be completed in an unbelievably fast way. As per our request, the car was ready in about 15 days. Later we came to know that certain, unavailable parts had to be hand delivered to meet our request. On retrieving of the vehicle, they mentioned to inform of any issues on our way back, because the parts had to settle in. When we had an issue, the Popular team in Muvattupuzha responded, corrected and returned the vehicle within 1 hour as per the instructions of Mr. Rajeev. Now everything’s working perfect. Special mention needs to be done to the Branch Manager Mr.Byju V.T , Service advisor Mr. Nabeer, Body shop manager Mr.Rajeev , and the entire crew of Popular Suzuki, Palakkad. Thank you everyone.
