Key Task / Activities
Ø Collect data from Online Portal like OLX, Face book, Car24, Fiancé Companies, Brokers’ and CRC.
Ø Assign the generated leads to Tele Marketing Executive.
Ø Track the customer like, Hot, Warm and Cold.
Ø Track and follow up all channels data base life cycle.
Ø Obtain appointment from Tele Marketing Executive and Self.
Ø Contact the appointment obtain customers and allot to evaluators.
Ø Track the appointment properly and find any malpractices occurring from evaluators
Ø Provide in time pricing support and deal closing supports to evaluators.
Ø Collect the feedback from Evaluators and ensure the life cycle of Data.
Ø Track and ensure evaluators daily/monthly productivity.
Ø Reduce the Turnaround Time of evaluation.
Ø Collect the feedback from evaluators and develop new business channels and ensure performance.
Ø Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities for direct sourcing.
Ø Ensure Channel Partner satisfaction and Payment of Channel Partner Incentives on time.
Ø Coordinate with accounts department and ensure sufficient funds available to run the business.
Ø Ensure all Customers receiving the fund in a stipulated time period.
Ø Ensure profitability of branch through Volume and Gross Margin.
Ø Daily updates of Market trends in used car business like pricing, competition.
Ø Prepared a Script on the basis of benefits we are offering to customers.
Ø Ensure 100% Growth on direct Sourcing.
Ø Communicate the Customer Complaints with Manager and provide a solution.
Ø Ensure all sourced cars documents and condition is good after inspection.
Coordinate with CRC
Ø Obtain OBD/ Employee referral data details from CRC.
Ø Prepare a final report of booking v/s conversion.
Experience: Smart Freshers/1-2 year sales experience candidates may apply
